I like my coach's approach in mentoring as per the your preffered Interview rounds. She make sure to provide a framework and detailed suggest improvements. She allows to do a self reflection of you during the session, which is very rare during the mentioring hours. She is a very good listener. Highly recommend her for your job search journey.
