Growth and strategy are at the core of how companies expand into new markets, refine product offerings, and stay competitive. In big tech, data analytics roles can be heavily focused on supporting market expansion and strategic decision-making through data.
You’ll often work cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to tackle key questions such as:
- Where should we expand next?
- Which customer segments are most valuable?
- How do we prioritize growth bets with the highest ROI?
In interviews, expect to be tested on your ability to structure ambiguous problems, work with limited data, and communicate clear, data-backed recommendations that align with business goals.
