"The recruiter did a good job of giving me an idea of what to expect. Honestly, I didn't practice enough mocks by the time the interview came around. I liked that they had a portal for viewing the application process but I got no notification at all about my rejection."

"The interviewer was polite and good. She gave detailed responses with data on clarifying questions. I believe this was my 1st interview as I started prep, hence I was unstructured."

"So far, the recruiter has been super helpful in terms of telling me exactly what to expect in each round."

"I applied right before the Google APM application closed, got in through a referral, and tried to make my resume read a lot more product-focused without completely rewriting my background. The process for me was one first-round product design interview, then five second-round interviews, then a 72-hour take-home and a final presentation with a PM. The interviews felt pretty traditional PM overall, mostly product vision, analysis, strategy, and judgment, and not especially AI-heavy outside of one Gemini-style prompt. A few interviewers definitely pushed on weak spots and made me pivot, and one round felt rushed enough that I basically had to deliver my answer in one shot. Google gave me no feedback at any stage, but I ended up getting the offer."

"It was quite a lengthy process. The TAT was quite long and slow as well. Didn't receive a lot of feedback to prepare better for the next rounds, but overall was a great learning experience."

"The overall process was spread across months making it challenging to keep up with constant preparation. I was able to ace the product design, analytics and execution questions. I could have done better in the cross functional round."

"It was an extremely smooth process, though team matching was rough. Questions didn't need to be 100% right interestingly, as one of the rounds I didn't finish."
