What are the things you are weakest in that might make you not succeed here?

"The biggest thing I remember is that there really was not one clean, universal loop. The front of the process was mostly motivation and fit, then the core of it was technical plus decomposition, which was easily the most distinctive and intimidating part. I went in expecting the decomp to feel like a consulting case, and that was exactly the wrong mindset because they really want to see whether you can turn an ugly ambiguous problem into smaller data-driven steps. Later rounds felt more tailored to whatever concerns were still open, and even the 20-minute conversation after the "main part" still counted. The whole process felt like they were testing whether I could learn fast, stay calm under pressure, and operate with very little structure."
