Interview experiences

"I interviewed for an IC6 PM role at Meta and the whole thing felt extremely structured from start to finish. The process was recruiter screen, two screening interviews for product sense and analytics, then a final loop with product sense, analytics, and L&D, followed by team matching. What stood out was that the questions themselves sounded simple, but the interviewers were tough, stone-faced, and expected a very detailed solution. In product sense, they really cared about MVP, end-to-end experience, competition, and differentiation. In analytics, the challenge was different because one interviewer was so quiet that I had to fully drive the discussion myself."

"Overall pretty straightforward, their interviews are pretty standard and are not there to surprise you. Recruiter and interviewers were professional."

"Overall the interview process went very smoothly. I was suprised at the time to get an AI related product sense question since the majority of the ones I had prepared were more standard (solution for education or volunteering as an example) but I used structured thinking to walk through it. Make sure to state any assumptions have you along the way while going through your answer."

"It was as expected since this was my second time interviewing with them. With practice, the loop is fairly reasonable. Did not pass the behavioral questions before."
