I was very lost in my interview prep process and Cammi provided a structured way to learn moving forward.

It felt like a true to interview experience. The problem given was more interesting to solve than what I was originally anticipating and gave me some of the constraints of a real interview I was looking for - having to explain what I was saying to someone else, asking questions, and the time pressure.

The type of questions that were given were exactly as requested from my coach and she made sure to accomidate them for my interview coming up. The session went well and from what my coach got from the session , I am proficient in using joins in a SQL interview which puts me ahead sql interviewing

My coach reassured me that no one gets problems right on the first try especially on this question we did. She knew that even though I struggled with this, and knew that I have not seen this question before. She explained it in a way that I can understand the problem even if is was just a little bit. I knew I had to keep studying these types of questions

I like that it was a question was something I was familar with prior to the session. However, what made the session more challenging was doing a question that was a more complex version of what I did before. I loved that she didn't make me feel bad about not knowing all of the functionalities of C# during the mock interview and instead gave me library suggestions for usage and had an inkling that I have used good majority of them during my professional experience. I also loved that she shared resources on C# documentation to better help me grasp all of C# formy software Engineer II interview.

Cammi was accesible and provided great resources for the session even before we met so I was able to better prepare. While we stayed mostly in the interview mode she did interject and provide feedback which i really appreciated. Very easy to talk too.

Camilla came to the session with a problem that required thoughtful implementation on my part. After the allocated time, she gave useful feedback on how I performed, how I could improve, and information on the different interviewer styles I could encounter that could be different to the style she took on during the mock interview.
