Leslie is a product designer and founder of & luo studio, with over a decade of experience leading product design across early-stage startups and scaled consumer platforms. At Fundera (acquired by NerdWallet) and Inflection (acquired by Checkr), she was the second designer shaping product direction through product-market fit in high-ambiguity environments, helping teams move from early traction to sustainable growth. At Uber Eats, she spent nearly seven years across Merchant, Consumer Core, Membership, and Consumer Growth teams, leading onboarding and growth initiatives, refining core experiences, and driving experimentation across a global platform.
