Interview tips
I’d focus on strong fundamentals of Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Redis, and basic Strapi/DynamoDB concepts, along with explaining real-world projects and production challenges confidently. Be prepared to discuss API design, database optimization, caching, authentication, microservices, and the architectural decisions you made in your previous projects.
Company culture
What stood out to me was the professionalism and technical depth of the interviewers. The discussion felt collaborative rather than purely evaluative, and the team's focus on practical problem-solving, ownership, and real-world engineering challenges gave me a positive impression of the company culture.
