Rigorous process. There was recruiter, hiring manager interview, then about five loop interviews. In the loop they had a product sense interview, a behavioral interview, and an execution interview, a culture based interview and a role specific interview

Spend weeks preparing. Do a lot of the how would you design X for Y exercises. have an understanding of the BNPL space as well, who their competitors are etc
Company culture
enjoyed the conversations with most of the people I spoke with and they were quite warm. But they kept me hanging and took forever to get back to me on the final results.
