Backend Intern Interview Experience
Interview process
Overall, the interview went well, especially considering that it was my first real technical interview. I was able to answer most of the personal and technical questions confidently, and I explained my previous internship experience and my motivation for learning backend development. However, I found some parts challenging, especially the problem-solving question. I also felt a little nervous at the beginning, which made it harder to organize some of my answers. Looking back, I think I needed a little more time to prepare, especially for technical and problem-solving questions. Overall, it was a valuable experience, and I learned a lot from it.

Interview tips
I would tell a friend to review the fundamentals before the interview, especially object-oriented programming, databases, APIs, and basic backend concepts. It is also important to practice problem-solving questions and be ready to explain your previous projects clearly. I was a little surprised by the problem-solving question because I expected more theoretical questions. My advice is to prepare both technical concepts and problem-solving, and to practice speaking confidently about your experience and projects.
Company culture
The interviewers were friendly and professional, which made the interview more comfortable. They were interested in understanding my thinking process, not just whether I knew the correct answer.
