Interview tips
For designers, take three case studies you really believe in, and match the leadership principles and behavioral questions to only those three. I wish I had found Exponent sooner, I think the practice portion is the most important. Reading information does only so much. Company culture
I actually really enjoyed the conversation, I could tell that I would have worked well with this person, I have a depth of experience but the Amazon interview format has been a mental blocker, I'm more personality conversation driven, I really want to overcome this and make it to an offer phase.
