Interview process
The process was fairly simple, online assessment with 2 coding questions and then multiple choice leadership principles questions (choose the right action for the given scenario). Then around a month later I received an interview invitation for 2 interviews, 1 hour each which consisted of about 40 mins of live coding and 20 mins of CV and competency questions, including AI usage, leadership, teamwork and project deep dives.

Interview tips
Leetcode mediums for the interview but keep on top of OOP and low level design. Leetcode topics to focus on: graphs, trees, arrays, hashmaps.
Company culture
Pretty relaxed vibe, they don't mind if you can't come to a fully working solution if you explain it well. They also want to see if you can deal with vague requirements and ask clarifying questions.
