There is not that much interaction with a recruiter. I was lucky in the coding question was not hard but they have a bank essentially similar to leetcode mediums. The bar raiser round you should prepare stories for each one

Interview tips
Leetcode, look at leadership principles. The system design round is also a toss up, but studying common OOP questions from Neetcode is sufficient.
Company culture
Very team-dependent. In AWS, there is much more grind culture. Others I've heard from is much more chill
