Overall, I found the interview process to be quite long and demanding, but ultimately very fair. What went well was the thoroughness of the evaluation, which allowed me to showcase my skills while giving me a clear picture of the company's high standards. On the other hand, the multiple stages and assessments made the journey quite exhausting and lengthy. However, I understand that such a rigorous approach is necessary to ensure a great fit for both sides.

Interview tips
I would tell a friend to focus heavily on English proficiency and structural clarity, as about 90% of my process was conducted in English. It is crucial to present your achievements with a strong focus on results, making them look as polished and impactful as possible. When explaining your experiences, you should clearly block your answers by explicitly stating what your exact responsibility was and what the final outcome was. The interviewers write their candidate reviews based on these notes, so presenting your answers this way makes it much easier for them to capture your main keywords and key contributions.

The company culture seems highly attractive to me, particularly because it strikes a great balance between valuing top talent and actively encouraging collaboration.
