Interview process

Overall, the interview process was well structured and gave me the opportunity to discuss a broad range of experiences across product strategy, customer problems, technical decision-making, and cross-functional leadership. I especially appreciated the follow-up questions, which made the conversations feel thoughtful and allowed me to go deeper into my reasoning and trade-offs. The interviewers were engaging and created a comfortable environment for discussion. The main area that could have been better was having slightly more visibility into the focus of each interview beforehand, which would have helped me better understand how the different conversations fit together. Overall, though, I had a positive experience and enjoyed learning more about the team and role through the process
