Interview process
The process was pretty simple from the early start, but they emphasize a lot on matching Anduril's core values and see if you're a culture fit. I would have better prepared my stories and gaps for the behavioral interview. There were gaps regarding technical depth and being too ambiguous.

Interview tips
Definitely practice DSA for the coding interviews. Those were fairly simple, but also align and make sure you're prepared for questions about Anduril and why you want to work there.
Company culture
There's emphasis on building and getting hands-on. They place a lot of value on company culture specifically everyone seems motivated and happy to work there.
