Interview process
It was a good interview overall, I was just not prepared for it. Because it was a researcher role, i was first ask an my experience doing AI/ML research then we moved on to the technical problem, that I completely flunked because of nervousness and totally forgoing reviewing DS and Algorithms

Interview tips
I would advise them to prep on the basicc of data structures and algorithms. Also, be very vocal when you are completing the technical interview, they cannot help you if you remain silent
Company culture
What stood out to me is that they asked such a simple programming question, that it threw me totally off-guard. However, the interviewer was very nice and patient so I realized that the employers at these big tech companies are way nicer than they may be perceived
