Interview tips

Compared to previous interviews, this one was noticeably more conversational and collaborative. Many of my past interviews felt rigid and formulaic — a list of questions checked off one by one. Here, the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in understanding how I think, not just whether I could produce the “right” answer. The difficulty level was on par with other interviews I’ve had, but the atmosphere was far more welcoming, which actually helped me perform better.

Company culture

What struck me most was the emphasis on collaboration and psychological safety. The interviewers openly discussed failures and lessons learned, which signaled a culture where mistakes are treated as growth opportunities rather than liabilities. I was also impressed by how transparent they were about the team’s current goals and challenges — it showed a level of trust and honesty that I haven’t often encountered in interviews. Additionally, the apparent work-life balance and the team’s genuine enthusiasm for their work suggested a culture that values both productivity and personal well-being.
