Interview process
Was asked to conduct a live interview on the Karat platform - a third party company hired by Citi to interview candidates. The interview consisted of 5 java theory based questions (~10 min) followed by a pair programming / debugging session (~50 min).

Interview tips
Due to the trivia-like nature of the java theory questions, I would say to spend time understanding the core of Java. I was not specifically asked about Spring, but rather Java in general. Also practice speaking out loud before you code. Try a few questions on Leetcode first while speaking out loud before writing out your solution.
Company culture
Did not meet anyone from the actual team. I was interviewed by an ex-senior software engineer from the karat team.
