Associate Product Manager Intern Interview Experience
Interview process
The process included an initial recruiter screen followed by two APM-style interviews focused on product sense, analytical thinking, and execution. I felt strong on the product design and user-focused questions, but I could have been more structured and quantitative when discussing metrics and tradeoffs.

Interview tips
I’d recommend practicing product design, product improvement, prioritization, and metrics questions out loud using a clear framework. Be ready to justify every assumption and explain why you chose one user segment, feature, or metric over another.
Company culture
The interviewers came across as thoughtful, collaborative, and genuinely interested in understanding my reasoning rather than trying to catch me on mistakes. The culture seemed very user-focused and data-driven, with a strong emphasis on being comfortable with ambiguity.
