Interview process
The process is very unpredictable because I had one question where I was tested for strategic insight where I was asked very generic question about vision for agentic applications in infra. And then then I had a question on hardware strategy, including Android. And then I had a very vague question on success metrics. Um, I think Google processes very... um, while they test for a specific set of metrics, it is very unpredictable.

Interview tips
The strategy is to know the products inside out, also understand the frameworks of how you would answer the question, but be open to very big picture questions and a multiple set of smaller questions. In some cases, the interviewers are very helpful, and they will, like, work with you in some cases like I did. They didn't. So don't go into it with a preconceived notion.
Company culture
Whatstood out is most people are collaborative, but in some cases, I don't think I had the greatest Google experience. And this is the second time that I have interviewed
