Interview process
I found the karat assesment difficult. the first half is intended to be a technical conversation, and then the second half an algorithm-style proble. I didnt feel that the first question itself was that tricky? but I could tell they were looking for a different answer, the interviewer basically stopped me and let me know I have 45 minutes to answer the question so make sure I use the whole time, but I did not. I think the leetcode problem went fine, but ultimately I struggled to fill the time appropriately

review karats expectations, theres actually a lot of resources out there, I sort of reviewed them, but I didnt think they would be so specific
Company culture
the recruiter was very nice, and it sounded like a great place to work, but I don't think I made it far enough to assess this.
