Interview process
Recruiter was good at communicating throughout and the interviewers seemed really engaged in the process. Excitable about their space. There is a product design portion where, given a prompt and UX snippet, users are asked to design a solution to the prompt. You are given about 30 min and then are grilled on that. There’s a basic analysis portion ensuring you can read basic data and infer decisions.

Interview tips
Practice product design interviews and be able to present your design. Prep a few answers ahead of time in order to be able to clearly speak on them. Think how to integrate AI in your product design
Company culture
Relaxed and excitable overall. Everyone was very kind. That said Indeed does seem like it’s falling behind as a company and the teams are very focused on AI.
