Product Manager Interview Experience
Interview process
It was an AI humanoid-led interview with no human in the loop, which was a first for me. The questions were well-structured and gave me enough space to respond fully. That said, interacting with a humanoid AI felt surreal at times — it was hard to shake the feeling of speaking to something that looked human but wasn’t. It took a few minutes to settle in and focus on the content of my answers rather than the format.

Interview tips
Go in knowing it’s a humanoid AI interviewing you — not a human, not a chatbot, something in between. Don’t let the format throw you off. Practice your answers out loud beforehand because there are no natural conversational cues to lean on. Stay focused on your content, maintain eye contact with the screen, and treat it like a structured presentation rather than a two-way dialogue.
Company culture
Lenskart’s use of a humanoid AI interviewer signals they are genuinely tech-forward — which aligns with how they’ve built their product. It was harder to get a read on team culture through this format though. The innovation was impressive but a human touchpoint somewhere in the process would have made the experience feel more personal and two-sided.
