Software Engineer Interview Experience
Interview process
The interview process was fairly structured, starting with an initial screening followed by technical and/or managerial rounds. What went well was the clarity of questions and the opportunity to explain my thought process. One area that could have been better was the time allocated for certain discussions, which felt slightly rushed.
- Recruiter screen
- Technical interview
- Final round
- Online assessment
Interview tips
Compared to other interviews, this process was more focused on practical problem-solving and real-world scenarios rather than purely theoretical questions. It felt more aligned with the actual role expectations
Company culture
I would recommend focusing on core concepts and being ready to apply them in practical situations. It’s also helpful to clearly explain your reasoning and approach, not just the final answer. Reviewing past projects and being prepared to discuss them in detail would be beneficial.
