Interview process

The interview process was fast-paced and heavily practical. It consisted of an initial recruiter screening, a past project deep dive, a live technical case study focusing on customer scenarios, and a leadership/behavioral session. What went well was the technical depth—the interviewers gave constructive feedback in real time and let me talk through complex architectural trade-offs without unnecessary micromanagement. What didn't go as well was the time management during the open-ended case study; having to balance high-level client communication with granular technical scoping in a short time frame felt rushed.

Interview tips

Focus heavily on communicating business impact alongside technical execution. Practice presenting a complex past project where you clearly explain the "why" and trade-offs before diving into the code or architecture. For the scenario-based rounds, do not rush into solving the problem right away—ask clarifying questions to understand constraints, identify edge cases, and practice defending your technical decisions under pressure.

Company culture

The team felt high-energy, ambitious, and very direct. Interviewers cared more about real-world engineering pragmatism and fast problem-solving than rote memorization or algorithmic trivia. Communication across the board was candid and transparent, with zero unnecessary fluff.
