Product Manager Interview Experience
Interview process
The process was more rigorous than most interviews I’ve done at other large tech companies. The recruiter was accurate and helpful about what to expect, which made it easier to prepare. The interviews themselves were structured and generally well run. A few questions and follow-ups caught me off guard, and some rounds felt more dependent on navigating ambiguity in the moment than I expected.

Interview tips
Practice the interview formats, not just individual questions. Be comfortable structuring ambiguous problems, explaining your assumptions, and adapting when the interviewer pushes you in a different direction. I’d also recommend doing several live mocks, since communicating your thinking clearly under time pressure is a big part of the interview.
Company culture
The people I spoke with were thoughtful, direct, and intellectually curious. Interviewers asked detailed follow-ups and seemed genuinely interested in how I approached problems, not just whether I reached a particular answer. Overall, the culture came across as analytical, fast-moving, and comfortable with debate.
