Software Engineer Interview Experience
Interview process
Overall, I felt that the interview went well. I was able to clearly explain my experiences, discuss the projects I have worked on, and connect them to why I was interested in the position. I was also comfortable answering technical and behavioral questions, and I think I communicated my thought process effectively rather than just giving short answers.

Interview tips
I would tell a friend to thoroughly review their resume and be prepared to discuss each experience in detail, including the challenges they faced, the decisions they made, and the outcomes of their work. I would also recommend researching the company and the role beforehand so they can explain why they are interested and how their skills align with the position.
Company culture
What stood out most to me was how collaborative and supportive the team seemed. Throughout the interview, everyone was welcoming and genuinely interested in learning about my experiences rather than simply evaluating my technical skills. It also seemed like the company values continuous learning and encourages employees to ask questions, share ideas, and grow professionally. Overall, the culture came across as one where teamwork, communication, and innovation are highly valued.
