Interview process
Overall, the interview process was pretty straightforward and well organized. The interviewers were friendly and gave me a good opportunity to talk through my experience and approach to problems. The process was a little lengthy, but overall it was a positive experience.

Interview tips
I'd recommend reviewing SQL, statistics, and basic data science concepts, while also being comfortable explaining your past projects in detail. It's also helpful to practice open-ended analytical questions and be prepared to explain your thought process rather than just giving an answer.
Company culture
The team seemed collaborative and fairly low-ego. People were approachable and willing to help each other out, and I got the impression that there was a good balance between working independently and collaborating with others.
