Interview process
The interview was highly rigorous but followed a format: four interviews and then five rounds of on-site. The preparation material provided by the recruiter did really help. It's always better to understand from the recruiter what is expected and then prepare accordingly.

Interview tips
Prepare two to three stories, really well from all aspects of it: product, program, behavioral, leadership, and technical and technical deep types. Having multiple stories does not help as compared to having stories which you have dealt with in depth through all of the aspects. It also saves time in setting the context for the interview for every new story.
Company culture
The ability to move fast or decide and build things is something that I liked.
