Focus on decomposition and sql based learning, the coding isn't really algorithmic it's seeing how you create and think about object orientated programming and cleanly
Company culture
Everyone interviewing me was 1-2 years post grad. Very young and bright people , company culture is very upbeat and seems like great people to work with.
