The process felt well-organized overall. The recruiter was responsive and scheduling was quick. The technical round was the toughest part — I felt slightly underprepared for the depth of follow-up questions. Communication after the final round was a bit slow.

brush up on core CS fundamentals and be ready to explain your reasoning out loud, not just get to the right answer. Also research the team's recent projects — they referenced them during the culture conversation
Company culture
The interviewers were friendly and gave clear, constructive feedback during the process. It felt collaborative rather than adversarial, which made a good impression even though the outcome wasn't a match this time.
