Bring examples with data for every bullet point on your resume, and what aligns with the job description. Be cool even if you are interrupted. Gently direct the conversation to what you intended to say.
Company culture
I did not appreciate listening to incorrect supply chain definitions and having to correct the hiring manager about basic KPIs and their real meaning. There was no communication for 3 months. I withdrew my application, and they sent me a rejection email afterward.
