BizOps & Strategy Interview Experience
Interview process
The process felt quite rigorous, with multiple stages and a lot of coordination involved. There were also periods where communication felt fragmented—for example, it took some time to hear back between stages, and one of the interviews started noticeably late. While everyone I spoke with was professional and engaging, more consistent communication throughout the process would have made for a smoother candidate experience.

Interview tips
Be prepared for the process to take longer than expected. There can be periods of little communication between interview stages, so patience is important. The interview process can move at a slower pace than you might anticipate. Don't be discouraged by delays between rounds—they don't necessarily reflect your standing in the process.
Company culture
“The culture feels very startup-like—fast-paced, high-ownership, and with a strong expectation to move quickly and get things done.” “It has a very grindy, startup-like culture. There’s a lot of ownership and urgency, but that also means the pace can be intense and the workload demanding.”
