Process was quick, about 3 weeks end to end but they were looking to fill quickly. Most interviews were behavioral or focused on P&L subject matter expertise. Take home project was to build a P&L and supporting deck to then present to 2 interviewers.

Company culture
As someone who works on the east coast it leans very west cost hours which can eat into your evenings. Acts like a start up in terms of speed in go to market and demand in analysis .
