Data Analyst Interview Experience
Interview process
The process was smooth and moved very quickly - definitely the most nerve-wracking interview since it included a 10 minute presentation to share with engineers, five 1:1 interviews, and traveling onsite. They seemed to care a lot about technical aptitude over anything else, so make sure your coding skills are solid.

Interview tips
I would tell a friend to understand Tesla Energy and what they are trying to build, as well as brush up on SQL. For the presentation, make sure you choose a topic that you know 100% and can answer any questions the team may have about your approach, why you decided to opt for A instead of B, and how you would translate these skills to Tesla.
Company culture
Seems very cutthroat. Not sure they have a good work-life balance, and the pay doesn't seem to measure up to how much work you're actually doing. Though I enjoyed all the conversations with the team and answered behaviorals well, it doesn't matter if you make so much as one tiny coding mistake.
