Interview process
The recruiter was nice. The interviewer was also very nice. But, the process was rigourous. Probably the most difficult techinical screen interview I have given in my career. My nervousness added to the unpreparedness even after preparing for 2 weeks straight didn't help. 1 hour interview. For Data Science role, easy DSA is a must. No SQL allowed in the job. Python pandas advanced proficiency is a must.

Interview tips
SQL is not allowed. Only Python is accepted. Be proficient. Go deep into the statistics concepts for case study round. Expect some back of the envelope calculations.
Company culture
No red flags. However, Uber has merged the hiring for Data Science and Applied Science into one single vertical making it a bit harder for folks background from Data Science & Analytics.
