Software Engineer Interview Experience
Interview process
The interview process was well-structured and fairly rigorous compared to others I’ve experienced. I appreciated that the recruiter clearly communicated expectations upfront, which helped me prepare in the right direction. The technical rounds were challenging but relevant to the role, and the interviewers were professional and engaging.

Interview tips
I’d suggest focusing on strong fundamentals, especially data structures and problem-solving. Be clear with your thought process while solving problems, as interviewers care a lot about how you approach a solution. Also, prepare a few solid examples from your past experience that show ownership and problem-solving. One thing that surprised me was the depth of follow-up questions, so be ready to justify your decisions and optimizations.
Company culture
The overall vibe felt professional yet approachable. Interviewers were attentive and gave enough space to think and explain, which made the interaction comfortable. It seemed like the team values clear thinking and ownership. I didn’t notice any major red flags; overall, the environment felt supportive but performance-driven.
