He asked me to write Pseudo code as well. AI Round was good where I was able to answer all questions.”
“The request from the interviewer was simple: design Instagram. - Users should be able to upload photos and videos. - Videos up to 1GB - max 1 per day. - Photos up to 10MB - max 5 per day. - Users will have a private timeline, that only they see the posts. - Users will have a public timeline where everyone that follow them will see their posts. - Users will be able to see all the posts from the people they follow. - All content will be ordered by created_at DESC. Later we introduced new scaling problems, like celebrity posts.”

“The recruiter did not explain very well about the second round. It turned out to be an AI assisted round that included solving for system architecture, implementation scope, staffing and project planning etc ”
