“The process was overall good, recruiter provided lots of advice and pointers for what to study. The biggest challenege is the pressure and time crunch on making sure you can answer everything but maintaining accuracy.”

“The interview process was fairly structured, starting with an initial screening followed by technical and/or managerial rounds. What went well was the clarity of questions and the opportunity to explain my thought process. One area that could have been better was the time allocated for certain discussions, which felt slightly rushed.”

“It was quick but unclear at start what the expectations were. They were not clear on the role or what sort of candidate they wanted in the recruiter phase. Did not really know role expectations until hiring manager conversation. ”

“Process was smooth. Recruiter was incredible and very communicative. They provided good verbal feedback and enough tips on each round to adequately prepare. People I interviewed with were all kind and seemed neutral vs certain companies where it feels like they want you to fail.”

“Process was extremly well, interviewers are smart people and chill. ”

“The process was a part of campus recruiting. The interviewers created a comfortable environment and the rounds were conversational. 30-40% of the interview time was dedicated towards behavioural fit questions.”

“The process was pretty straightforward. Interviews were primarily focused on behavioural types of questions and my past work experience. I had a list of STAR stories prepared.”

“The process moved pretty fast, the onsite while intense interviewers were great and ready to help out.”

“The interview process was well-structured and transparent, spanning an online test, two technical rounds, and an HR discussion. The interviewers were approachable and gave me time to think through problems rather than rushing me. I appreciated the logical progression from aptitude to coding to design concepts. What went well was the technical discussion — I was able to clearly explain my project work and core CS concepts. What could have gone better was my initial nervousness during the first technical round, which slowed me down on a question I actually knew well. Overall, it was a positive and fair experience. ”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”

“What was very unusual is they didn’t give me any tooling to draw the system design, so I just sketched it on a piece of paper and talked them through it, then we got into this oddly deep debate about whether hover-over history should count as a recommendation signal.”
