The interview process was structured but still felt conversational. There was a strong focus on my background, relevant product and B2B experience, and how I approach ambiguous business problems. The main challenge was that some of the questions required you to structure your thinking quickly and balance strategic, product, and business considerations at the same time.

overall a good experience with the onsite at harvey's offices, one nit since this role is a founding trust engineer role, the interviewers and the panel did not have real experiences with auditors and bigger security frameworks, so the questions were orthogonal to my experience.

The process was very easy. The questions were not difficult but I didn't have a strong delivery of my answers as I didn't prepare a strong STAR approach.

It was a PMT role. Nothing really exciting just went thru resume and some BQs. And maybe was not a good fit as they are looking for b2b pm experience or with Saas
