Process was quick, team was professional, and had a diverse set of interviews. Recommendation to split the loop into two days.

I had an initial interview with a recruiter and then progressed to the first technical stage, which I didn’t pass. It involved an OOP-based task where I had to design a system similar to VS Code that tracks when function are opened and closed

Interview was difficult, especially on the Beast team. It included IQ test, System design, coding a binary problem on blockchain, and behavioral, and going over a technical project i worked on. Each interview had to go really well or I wasn't gonna get the offer.

Overall, the interview process was well structured and professional. I appreciated that the interviewers were friendly, engaged, and created a comfortable atmosphere, which made the conversations feel natural rather than overly formal. The questions also gave me a good opportunity to discuss my experience, problem-solving approach, and motivation.

The technical rounds were generally well structured and covered both coding and system design. I performed well in most of the technical discussions, but I found the system design round more challenging. Overall, the process was professional and gave me a clear understanding of the technical expectations.

The process felt well-organized overall. The recruiter was responsive and scheduling was quick. The technical round was the toughest part — I felt slightly underprepared for the depth of follow-up questions. Communication after the final round was a bit slow.

The interviews were more of conversations where they stimulate you to think of an issue related to their business. Eg: Auth. People were nice and smart.
