“My interview process started with a coding round focused on data structures and problem-solving, where I was able to understand the problem and write a working approach but struggled with optimizing the solution under time pressure. What went well was my ability to implement a correct baseline solution and explain my thought process, but I didn’t perform as well on edge cases and optimal complexity, which likely impacted the final outcome.”

In two of the interviews, I was also asked for mini case study like questions around how I would take decisions on launches and experimentation. ”

They had a specific "credos" round, with a long-time employee who's focused on making sure you exhibit their top values/credos. The take-home case study was relatively straightforward for someone with an analytical/finance background.”

“The weirdest Anthropic round was the company values interview. It was almost like a therapy session, and honestly if you went to a therapist at some point, you will pass that round much more easily.”
