"The process was good. Scheduling was easy and automated. Recruiter was good in providing clear expectations of the different rounds. The technical interview - the technical lead wasn't impressive, seemed like they had a solution in mind, and would not be open to discussing different approaches."

"I did three rounds: recruiter, a conversation with a senior product person, and then a 45-minute product case. My biggest takeaway was that the process felt stitched together, like a fast-growing startup still iterating on hiring, because the rounds did not feel very coordinated and the scope of the role kept shifting. The job description undersold how much growth they actually wanted. To me, they were really looking for someone who could do zero-to-one product, growth, user understanding, and a lot of operational heavy lifting all in one role. I got rejected after the case before the planned final round, which was supposed to be a take-home assignment plus culture fit."

"Straight forward, easy behavior, one system design. Overall similar to how Amazon interviews. HM was bit tough, I couldn't read if she is interested or if she is forced to interview me. But Skip, and everyone else were super nice."
