The process was good. Scheduling was easy and automated. Recruiter was good in providing clear expectations of the different rounds. The technical interview - the technical lead wasn't impressive, seemed like they had a solution in mind, and would not be open to discussing different approaches.

Interview tips
What didn't impress me was the closed mindedness of the technical interviewer. They seemed to have a solution in mind, and were only looking for answers for that- despite there being multiple different ways of approaching an architecture
