Overall process was good. I had two interviews scheduled in parallel after the assessment. Interviewers were ex-googlers and helping me out where I stumbled.

Interview tips
Go through the JD and find out what they want. For example if experimentation is written (which is a big part of culture at Agoda) then be ready to be drilled on that topic and prep atleast 3 stories with practicing followups.
Company culture
I was given detailed feedback summary reports from both interviews with highlights and lowlights and it was super personal and helped me to imporve a ton!
