Interview process
Recruiter call and 1st round scheduled in March 2025 which was people management. Next round System Design and scheduled in March 2025. Cleared both and next round schedule in in May. which was again System Design. Post that code review round was scheduled in June and finally Googlyness in July. IN Augst got result that all rounds were positive, still waiting for team matching.

Learn fundamental of System design and practice in different scenarios. Mugging regular System Design questions will not help
Company culture
Everyone was very accomodating and not in hurry. Even if they do not agree with your point, they'll try to understand why I acted that way. They are very inclusive I felt. No FAANG supermacy attitude at all which I found in other FAANG companies.
