Interview process
The recruiter was helpful. The team itself is focused on supporting data management initiatives. But the questions were not all related to it. One of the questions was to code a palindrome- coding is not something I have done for decades. I have handled massive initiatives, reporting out to CIO and CFO of a large telecom, I understand technology , but to expect coding - IMHO a bit much.

Interview tips
When you meet the recruiter, make sure you ask about the study areas and any guides that they might be able to share. Ask for enough time to prepare. Treat this like an exam , versus a regular interview. Pour yourself into it.
Company culture
Most people are super. NIce, respectful and amazing. Culture is transparent, values honesty and encourages learning. You will meet a few “ too smart for you” people , but that’s just a part of the game. Keep a positive attitude.
