Interview tips
Study up on Meta products and the Meta mission - they seem to take it very seriously. Focus on the user perspective over everything else. Also make sure you understand consumer product metrics and the overall funnel.
Company culture
Seemed responsive to my questions at the end about culture concerns within the company, especially after all the layoffs. Overall quite open, which was surprising.
