Interview process
My interview process started with a recruiter screen, which was very relaxed and conversational. We talked through my resume, previous experiences, and interest in the role, and the conversation felt more like getting to know each other than a formal interview. I felt comfortable discussing my background and was able to clearly explain my experiences. Overall, the process went smoothly, and there weren’t any major issues or areas that I felt could have gone better.

Interview tips
Honestly, be yourself! The conversation was very chill and focused on getting to know me, my experiences, and my background. I’d recommend being familiar with your resume and being prepared to talk naturally about your experiences, but beyond that, just be yourself and let the conversation flow.
Company culture
The team and company culture stood out to me as being very laid-back and approachable. The recruiter I interacted with seemed easy to talk to, which made the interview process feel comfortable and conversational.
